How to Choose Your Preferred Slot
Upon completing and submitting the questionnaire form, our team will meticulously review your information to ensure an ideal fit for the WHI Discovery Experience segment. We appreciate your patience as this process may take some time.
Once the review is complete, you will receive an email regarding the outcome. Should you be selected, the acceptance email will include a warm welcome to the WHI Nation and a link to our scheduling portal. There, you will have the opportunity to choose a recording time slot that best suits your availability.
Whether the decision is an acceptance or otherwise, we value the effort and interest you show in our platform and promise to respond either way. Our goal is to foster a collaborative and enriching experience for all our participants.

Participation Terms & Conditions
By participating, Guests (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions regarding the contribution of content, the release of recorded material, and other aspects of involvement:
- Content Contribution: The Participant agrees to provide accurate and truthful information during the recording. Any content or materials provided by the Participant for use in the podcast are warranted to be original or properly licensed for use.
- Recording Release: The Participant hereby grants WHI Session (“Producer”), its affiliates, and assigns, the irrevocable right to use the Participant’s voice, image, and video recording in all forms and media (including photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, and any other forms of media), for the Producer’s commercial, promotional, or educational purposes. This includes distribution via television, the internet, podcast platforms, and any other means of communication.
- Promotion: The Participant gives permission to the Producer to promote the recording, Participant’s name, image, voice, and/or likeness, without compensation, in connection with the podcast and related activities.
- Edit Rights: The Participant acknowledges that the Producer reserves the right to edit the recorded content as deemed necessary for time constraints, clarity, and podcast format and style.
- Intellectual Property: The Participant understands that all rights, title, and interest in the podcast and any materials produced by the Producer, including the recording, will remain the sole property of the Producer.
- Confidentiality: The Participant agrees to maintain in confidence any non-public information or materials provided by the Producer in connection with the podcast and not to disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Producer.
- No Obligation to Use: The Participant acknowledges that the Producer is under no obligation to use the Participant’s contribution in the podcast or in any other media.
- Indemnification: The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Producer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from any breach of these terms and conditions.
- No Compensation: Participation in the podcast is voluntary. The Participant shall receive no fees, royalties, or other monetary compensation for their appearance on the WHI Discovery Experience segment or the use of the recording as described in these terms and conditions.
- Amendments: The Producer reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time, with the amended terms becoming effective upon notification. It is the responsibility of the Participant to stay informed about any changes.
- Acceptance: By checking “I have read and agree to the participation terms of the WHI Discovery Experience,” the Participant signifies their agreement to all these terms and conditions, acknowledging they have read and understood the above.
